Section H. Description

As published on the marketplace

The provider's own description of the service, reproduced from the FedRAMP feed without edits.

Canopy is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) document intelligence platform provided by Ripcord in a single-tenant Government-only cloud environment. The service enables federal agencies to digitize, process, classify, and extract data from structured and unstructured documents at scale. Canopy integrates robotics-enabled document ingestion, machine learning and large language model-based data extraction, and workflow orchestration to automate document processing pipelines. The platform supports document classification, OCR/ICR processing, metadata extraction, validation workflows, and delivery of structured outputs to downstream agency systems. The system operates within a FedRAMP High authorization boundary hosted in Google Cloud Platform and leverages stackArmor's Armory General Support System for security services including monitoring, configuration management, and continuous monitoring. Authentication is provided through Okta Government High Cloud with multi-factor authentication. Canopy provides secure ingestion, processing, validation, and export of document data while maintaining auditability, chain-of-custody tracking, and integration with agency systems using standard data formats such as XML, JSON, and PDF.
