The DNAnexus Platform is a public cloud analysis and data management platform for processing high-throughput molecular data; for combining molecular, clinical, and real-world data to discover relationships relevant to patient and population health, precision medicine, drug discovery and regulatory approval; and for enabling a network of government, academic, and commercial collaborators to securely form research communities. DNAnexus presents a Platform-as-a-Service including a brandable, customizable web interface, and an API for integration with upstream and downstream systems such as Laboratory Information Management, Clinical Trial Management, Electronic Data Capture, and clinical interpretation and reporting systems. Precision.FDA.gov (https://precision.fda.gov/) the FDA's web service for collaborative advancement of regulatory standards for Next Generation Sequencing-based drugs and devices, is enabled by the DNAnexus Platform API, leveraging the Platform's secure and compliant analysis and data management services to deliver a fit-for-purpose interface to a secure community of researchers from government, academic, and commercial sectors.
