Kaseware for U.S. Government is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering using a multi-tenant hybrid cloud computing environment. The service is available to U.S. defense and federal civilian agencies, as well as state, local, and tribal government organizations. Kaseware is a cloud-based investigative and case management system designed to support the collection, management, analysis, and secure sharing of investigative, incident, and intelligence-related information. Kaseware provides authorized users with a configurable platform to create, manage, store, search, and analyze structured and unstructured data associated with cases, investigations, incidents, evidence, tasks, and related entities. Kaseware is deployed using a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture hosted within a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) compliant cloud environment. The system supports both multi-tenant and single-tenant deployment models, depending on customer requirements, and includes logical separation of tenant data enforced through access controls and configuration.
