The platform delivers integrated Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), mobile, analytics, and supporting services through a unified, web-based and mobile-accessible environment. The Mark43 platform enables agencies to operate efficiently across desktop, mobile data terminals (MDT), and mobile devices, providing real-time access to operational data and workflows. The system is designed to be scalable and maintenance-free, supporting secure information sharing and collaboration across public safety teams. Mark43 RMS is a law enforcement Records Management System supporting incident and field reporting, arrests, records management, property and evidence tracking, and case management. It enables officers to complete reports from any location using intuitive workflows, real-time data access, and built-in support for standardized reporting requirements, including NIBRS. Mark43 CAD is a cloud-native, multi-discipline Computer-Aided Dispatch system supporting law enforcement, fire, and EMS operations. It unifies call intake, dispatch recommendations, and unit coordination, and provides desktop, MDT, and mobile interfaces for dispatchers and responders. The system incorporates predictive analysis, automated response planning, and human-in-the-loop automation to support consistent execution and reduce operational errors. Mark43 OnScene (Mobile) is a mobile application available on Android and iOS devices that enables responders to remain connected to dispatch teams while in the field. It provides situational awareness, officer-based GPS tracking, and mobile reporting capabilities to support rapid response, officer safety, and continued field presence. Mark43 Insights & Data Lake provide analytics and reporting capabilities that enable agencies to analyze operational and historical data. The Data Lake is a secure, cloud-based replicated database that supports advanced analytics and integration with agency business intelligence tools. Mark43 ReportAI is an AI-assisted report drafting capability embedded within Mark43 RMS. It uses structured report data, officer notes, and optional Body-Worn Camera (BWC) transcriptions to generate draft narrative content, supporting faster and more consistent report completion while maintaining officer review and control. Mark43 BriefAI provides AI-assisted summarization of reports and case data, enabling users to quickly generate standardized summaries to support case assignment and investigation workflows.
