Point Blue Conservation Science (Point Blue) hosts the multi-user Software as a Service (SaaS) named the Point Blue Science Cloud, a collection of tools that manage, share, curate, and analyze scientifically collected biodiversity observations and samples in support of the Avian Knowledge Network. These tools include data-rich, interactive websites that integrate bird and other indicator species data with ecosystem and climate change data to improve conservation outcomes today and in the future. Many tools incorporate original research data from Point Blue scientists and our partners. The Point Blue Science Cloud is used by Federal agencies, State agencies, local government agencies, non-for-profit organizations, and other conservation-minded individuals. Federal agencies use the Point Blue Science Cloud to manage and curate observations, conduct research, and analyze information related to wildlife and ecosystems. Point Blue Conservation Science is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to conserve birds, other wildlife and ecosystems through science, partnerships, and outreach.
