PTC Cloud Services enables customer organizations to focus on mission outcomes while PTC deploys, operates, and manages the authorized service. The offering combines PTC software expertise with operational responsibilities that include application administration and platform management, delivered within a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure consistent with the FedRAMP Rev. 5 Moderate baseline. Customer responsibility note: Customers remain responsible for determining the applicability of ITAR, EAR, and other export-control requirements to their specific data, programs, and use cases.
