RecAccess is a web-based Software-as-a-Service solution that is used to manage outdoor programs, public & private area access, law enforcement, events, and recreational activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, biking, boating, four wheeling, trail riding, skiing and public entrance or entry. RecAccess features include online lotteries, permits, passes, tickets, quota hunts, activity and area check-in / checkout, checkout questions, harvest reporting, surveys, safety briefs, quizzes, announcements, acknowledgements, waivers, ID checks and user vetting. RecAccess allows government customers to have portals for their location/needs and provides recreationists/end-users a familiar interface optimized for both mobile and desktop experience. Once trained in RecAccess services, approved government administrators have real-time access to an administration suite to manage their program's recreational processes and data. RecAccess integrates payment processing through Pay.gov and login processing through Login.gov for qualified government customers. Each government program is unique with requirements or processes and the RecAccess Team is continuously expanding our software to meet the needs of our customer's recreational programs.
