The platform integrates network performance monitoring, application observability, and digital experience monitoring capabilities into a unified architecture. The platform specializes in collecting and analyzing telemetry from network devices, applications, endpoints, servers, and cloud resources to support centralized dashboards, reporting, and intelligent analytics. It enables IT operations teams to identify performance degradation, investigate service disruptions, and conduct root-cause analysis, supporting reduced mean time to detection and resolution. The SaaS environment incorporates role-based access controls, data segregation, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging to align with government security and compliance requirements, while supporting scalable data ingestion, analysis, and operational oversight for distributed environments.
