WellHive's Care Navigation capability connects and unifies care management activities across various systems and organizations through integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), practice management systems, and provider networks. WellHive's Analytics capability enables customers to bring their own data and configure analytical dashboards and reporting with that data.
