Chronus for Government (CSO) is a SaaS based employee development solution that allows customers to automate and scale their mentoring and ERG programs. Chronus provides cloud-based talent development software that runs multiple enterprise mentoring, onboarding, executive coaching, and ERG programs from a single platform. Each program has the ability to have its own admin with access rights to their program only, and each program can have a unique configuration for matching methods, profile information, reporting, content, engagement plans, etc. Users will have a single global profile, and can participate in multiple programs.
