FedHR Navigator provides U.S. Federal agencies with human resources (HR) tools and utilities that are tailored to the needs and requirements of the U.S. Federal government. FedHR Navigator is available to agency customers as a subscription and allows for agencies to choose what parts of the application to purchase. The application allows users to create forms and cases and route them through the agency's business process. The application also features specialized tools to support Federal HR including our retirement benefits calculator, PD+, our position management repository, and supports integrations with Federal government systems. FedHR Navigator supports talent acquisition, position management and classification, performance management, awards, personnel actions, benefits, retirement, separation, employee and labor relations, and workforce planning. FedHR also features specialized reporting and data visualization for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility.
