Enel X's Exchange application focuses on enabling our customers to get the best price on energy by using an online reverse auction. Customers in de-regulated energy markets can choose their energy provider. We enable competition by conducting auctions for these energy providers to compete for a customers' business, increasing liquidity and driving down price. We also provide additional consulting services like budgeting, market intelligence, and risk management. The Exchange provides an automated alerts notifications to customers based on price change trigger. It also alerts about contract change notifications, market updates, and market intelligence updates, regional news and insights, and customer price charts.
