Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle Cloud EPM) is a full suite of industry standard EPM business processes comprised of planning (strategy, financial, workforce, capital, projects), budget formulation and execution, consolidation and close, account reconciliation, profitability & cost management, tax reporting, narrative reporting, and enterprise data management. Customers can subscribe to some or all of the EPM Applications. Oracle Cloud EPM is a true SaaS offering, operated and maintained by Oracle within its secure Government Cloud facilities in the United States. Oracle Government Cloud is a community-cloud limited to federal, state and local agencies as well as select universities and federal contractors with a demonstrated need for FedRAMP authorization. Other cloud services can be leveraged to complement Oracle Fusion Applications including Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle - Fusion Cloud), Oracle Intelligent Advisor (Oracle Service Cloud), Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Integration Cloud and other PaaS (platform) services (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure-Government Cloud).
