Section H. Description
As published on the marketplace
The provider's own description of the service, reproduced from the FedRAMP feed without edits.
The Valid Eval application facilitates complex group decision-making for organizations that make and must defend tough, high-stakes decisions. Evaluations are organized around a rubric broken down into weighted average, quantitatively scored dimensions. Furthermore, evaluations are broken down via qualitative "Sub-Dimensions" that structure the evaluator's thinking and facilitate a multi-dimensional quantitative assessment. Evaluations are structured through a process starting with "Commander's Intent," ensuring the decision outcome is grounded in the goals it must achieve. The Valid Eval application provides evaluations while establishing trust across multiple stakeholder groups through transparent and robust reporting tools. It also provides decision process efficiency by handling time-consuming tasks such as collecting evaluator scoring data and automating administrative tasks such as reaching out to evaluators to complete their assignments. Additionally, the application reduces the audit and/or protest-related risks faced by acquisition programs. This is done by ensuring that the objectives are thoroughly defined at the beginning and maintained throughout the process. Then, comprehensive audit reports are generated that provide evidence of having followed defined objectives.
