It is available to federal, state, local, and tribal governments, as well as research institutions, federal contractors, government contractors etc. The Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for Government system is a contract lifecycle management service that is configurable and adaptable to business needs through the use of templates, AI-powered clause management, smart contract workflows, Role-based access controls, proposal management, and obligation management. In addition, it includes reporting and dashboards for assessment data as well as integration features to authorized external systems (DocuSign Federal) for secure digital contract signing.
