The Maximus Intelligent Virtual Assistant (MIVA) is a turn-key FedRAMP-authorized SaaS solution that replaces traditional touchtone and directed dialog speech IVRs at the front-end of contact centers. MIVA uses a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and human understanding to interact conversationally with callers. MIVA applications are built to support government-specific requirements, including status updates for applications and accounts, call routing, and FAQs. Callers can receive self-service information via voice, email, and text messages. MIVA integrates will all major call routing and telephony systems, and major carrier networks.
