Verint Self Service for Government (VSSG) is a portfolio of cloud solutions that enables contact centers to elevate CX and deliver AI outcomes on both voice and digital channels. VSSG integrates with all major carriers and telephony systems. VSSG includes the following applications, each of which may be purchased separately: -Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) provides constituents with consistent, personalized, and secure AI-driven conversations that improve self-service containment and enhance customer experience. Working across voice and digital channels - yet managed in a single, easy-to-use, collaborative design interface - Verint IVA is a vital component of an effective contact center and customer service strategy. Verint IVA is offered in multiple languages and contains pre-built industry specific NLU models to increase self-service containment. -Verint IVR provides a dynamic, efficient self-service experience on both speech and touchtone modalities, and has achieved automation rates exceeding 90% for government service providers for over two decades. -Verint Call Risk Scoring detects fraudulent behavior in the IVR long before a fraud attack takes place, or a fraudster can attempt to socially engineer an agent. It also improves the experience for legitimate callers by lowering average handle time.
